About Hotspot Meter
Tethering to your phone on a limited data plan is nerve-wracking. Hotspot Meter shows the data used per Wi-Fi network and hotspot, plus real-time speed, all in the menu bar.
Set a warning so you hear about the limit before you hit it. The app is Mac-only, about 4 MB, and comes from the Mac App Store. Free with in-app purchases. Think of it as a fuel gauge for your mobile data, sitting where you already look.
